Deep Change:
Is it possible?

Saturday March 16, 2019

about the topic

Is deep change possible? There are many things we can change about ourselves--break bad habits, improve a social skill, or decide to de-clutter. However, other life-long patterns are entrenched. We tell ourselves, "Don't be so anxious, emotional, angry, needy, judgmental, impulsive..." We try to change, but it seems hopeless. Join us to explore how interpersonal experiences impact our neurobiology and how deep relationships stimulate  transformational changes.
