HOW HEALTHY IS YOUR HEART?
The media continually reminds us to improve our heart health: eat healthy, exercise regularly, avoid bad habits, etc. But the heart, as our inner-most being, is also the seat of our emotions, feelings, longings, even our character. How often do we check and guard those conditions of the heart? Jenni will address a lifestyle issue of heart health with a much deeper and life-changing meaning. She will dig deeper than the superficial to reassess just what what kind of unhealthy realities live inside us and help us de-clutter those things that pile up and make us heart-sick.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
South-African Jenni Wallace moved with her husband and two sons to Switzerland in 2014. For many years her heart’s desire has been to help disadvantaged and vulnerable children. While in SA she began Domino Babies Home to address the increasing rate of abandoned babies in Durban. She also instigated a program there to feed children who came to school hungry. Now, that program distributes over 4.500 meals daily. Love on a Hanger, a second-hand clothing boutique in Zug, which Jenni began 8 years ago, uses its proceeds to support children’s charities in SA, and Hungary.
